Waiting for the Spidey trailer |
It’s a little late, but I hope you like this bonus strip commemorating the release of the Spider-Man movie. Here’s hopin’ it doesn’t suck! For those who don’t understand, the premier of the full movie trailer was during a broadcast of Fox’s execrable Temptation Island, a show which seems to feature the children of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? contestants (at least that would explain their stupidity!). Sitting through the show to get to the trailer was a chore, but if you’re wondering why we just didn’t tape the show and later fast-forward to the trailer, you obviously don’t get it. Out, out, Mundane! Incidentally, I’m reading Alex Robinson’s Box Office Poison and Jeff is reading Alan Moore and Eddie Campbell’s From Hell, both of which I highly recommend. I’ll see about a real rant tomorrow! |
